I think everybody has a Guardian Angel. It’s the Divine Essence inside yourself, that’s your Essence that all living, non living, and spiritual things bow to it. You can have contact with it by a series of protocols, there multiple “systems” to have Knowledge and Conversation with the Guardian Angel.
There are the Abramelin ritual where you need to spend 6 to 18 months isolated in the woods following a certain routine of prayer and actions.
There are the Protocols of Gallery Of Magick, from the book of Damon Brand Magickal Destiny.
And there are a thing that we in Brasil do, that’s to light a white candle everyday with a glass of water next to it and recite a prayer that you know or that you made for yourself.
You can also combine the methods if you want, I for example use Damon Brand method along with the method of the candle and glass of water. This also fortificate your energetic system and shields, so when more faith you have, more protected you are against curses and aggressive spirits. Some Pai de Santos and Mãe de Santos (Priest and Priestess) light a white candle and put a glass of water to their Guardian Angel when they’re gonna to break a strong curse or some aggressive spirit, thus they are protected.
