I’ve noticed that deep in the meditative state when the sigil is opening, I begin to experience some rapid eye movement. This also happens during scrying.
Is this a common occurence? It seems to distract as the movement is involuntary, and I want to focus on the sigil or black mirror.
I think it is pretty common, E.A. talks about it in one of his books (questing after visions? or was i in a Robert Bruce book?) and recommends just waiting for it to subside before continuing. Just don’t let it frustrate you and stay focused and patient.
Yeah I get that a lot, I thought it was just my eyes trying to change focal points or something.
