Has anyone worked through the ritual of The Red Book of Appin ? Sounds pretty good to me, it has some close demonic names which are really Dear to me. If anyone has I would like to hear your thoughts.

The first magic book I put into practice.
Met this book in 2005, when I was 16 years old, a very bad Portuguese translation. I tried to evoke Astaroth using enchantment, secrecy and cutting the air with a knife (all intuitively). This caused several poltergeist phenomena, and burned several electronic devices in the days that followed. It scared me a lot and I stayed away from magic and the occult for over a decade.
