I don’t use traditional methods, I use methods I learned from the Egyptian Gods and my Egyptian ancestors but I’m getting to a place where I can raise it with simple will. Once you reach the top you’ll realize you don’t even need to raise it, there are other methods that generate the same results

i didnt raise it fully yet my friend i had lots of times where it rose to a certain point or slight risings but not a real kundalini awakening. I am still working towards that
