Has anyone here used radionics devices or orgone generators in conjunction with their rituals? If so - how did it work out? Did it improve your effectiveness? Hinder it? Made no difference at all?

I have. I’m a newbie, so take my words with a pinch of salt. I started working with Kali because of my dire situation (severe health and emotional problems).
Some time ago I bought (from Amazon) some of those orgonite base/plates to “charge up” some water (in bottle). I decided to use one of those to put as a base for my Kali statue. The very next day I was in a cab (uber) and when he was driving me home we crashed. I was not a big thing and I was ok. But, I haven’t been in a car accident since I was 8 yrs. old (I’m currently 40). I just attributed this as an “energy release” from the energy accumulated.
Also, when I recite my mantras the connection with Kali just feels much, much stronger. I definitely feel this orgonite as “energy concentration” device.
I suggest some of those base/plates if you are using statues/figurines. Or if you are using sigils for meditation you could use it as well.
I know, I know this is very limited experience, but I’m a newbie. YMMV.

Has anyone ever used an orgonite enabled radionics box (with dials etc…) in conjunction with demonic operations?

I have used radionics boxes and orgonite myself. I used a RAD 2400 HD I purchased directly from the inventor (Karl Welz) back in the mid 90’s. But I used all of that very non-spiritually and not in rituals. Karl always said you could use these devices to add “life energy” , “Chi” or “orgone” to a magickal operation much the way people might focus their own energy or even the energy of a sacrificed animal to a ritual. Although, again, I was not into demonic rituals or even angelic ones at the time. I was approaching manifestation as a science almost exclusively. Gods, angels and demons were never called upon. Admittedly I had some amount of success. i will not kid anyone Karl Welz makes the Rolls Royce of orgone empowered radionics devices and he still has not shared his exact recipe for super strong orgonite. He is getting really old so the secret may die with him. My RAD 2400 HD is stored away in the attic of my sister’s house on the other side of the planet now but I was considering making a visit and digging it out soon. Before I did - I just wanted to see if anyone else had used such devices during demonic operations to see how they effected the operations.

When working with evocation I have used my Welz radionics device with additional orgonite power amping to lock/seal the ritual space from the rest of the house. This worked really well to contain the energy of the ritual away from the shared living area. I think it is a great resource, however I haven’t used the device itself to evoke these dark beings, simply because it’s fun using EA’s techniques. I think it can be done though - there are lots of filters that can be applied in the Manifestation Programs which can be used in conjunction with the radionics machine. I am not sure that there are demon sigil filters in any Welz programs however theoretically you could just use your own sigils. Just remember to only keep one copy of the sigil otherwise the outcome will be less effective: after you’ve imported it into the computer you would have to destroy the original. You link the radionics machine to the computer with the orgonite plates. The computer and the radionics machine don’t have to be in the same room.

As I understood it from Karl Welz, you do not need to actually evoke them with the device. He said you could direct the energy from the device at the alter and then perform the ritual as you normally would. He claims the “chi” or “orgone” energy supplements the energy you are supplying of your own the same way making some sort of animal sacrifice would. Essentially you are ignoring the radionics settings etc. and simply POURING out massive amounts of energy on to the alter that is then used the same way your own personal energy is used when you evoke/invoke during the ritual. Apparently it would be like having 100 other magi in the room helping you invoke/evoke. But that is what Karl said. I have never used it that way. I am considering it.

I forgot to ask - which device are you using. I have an old RAD 2400 HD from the mid 90’s (still works well). I was told by Karl that early model 2400 HD is considerably less powerful than the newer ones due to upgrades in his orgonite recipe.
I also have the Thundertech version of the same device made by Jonathan Goldman around 2005. It still works as well although I suspect the Welz device is more powerful. Goldman will not be making any more since he passed away about a year ago. Karl Welz is about 1000 years old and apparently still going strong. LOL

I have the Performer 2400HD with additional orgonite filters that amp it up four times more powerful than the device itself which is already Awesome! I also have the chi gun which is a delta frequency device. Good for working with pets. I didn’t discuss magickal applications of the Performer with Karl, as I purchased it for other reasons.
I need to look up the Performer. That one doesn’t ring a bell. Karl Welz told me he used that Chi Gun to give the neighbors aggressive and always barking dog a blistering case of diarrhea . You are the first person I’ve ever talked to who owned one. 
Wow! That’s interesting. Neighbour’s dogs can be very annoying. I used to play AC/DC “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap” full blast to give the neighbours the hint and that worked a treat to get them to take it inside. That was before they all moved permanently. The chi gun can be used in alot of interesting ways though. I used mine to boost my own energy in more benign ways, however not using it these days.

Hardware. I have 2 of the 2400 HDs. One is older and one is fairly new.
