what are the attributes,properties, uses of clear quartz?
If you use it for a specific purpose, let’s say like purifying energy you’ve vampirised would you not be able to use it for other purposes like storing energy, amplifying energy etc. I know a little bit about it already but with something with so many uses a more thorough explanation would be highly appreciated. I don’t really work with crystals so my current understanding is kind of low.

Typically I just use it in much the same way, as a reservoir for energy, as well as for warding when charged. It has a pretty good earth energy connection though as well, so I use it as the representation of earth for my altar as well. It is also associated with lunar energies as well and naturally holds them better than others too. However astrologically I believe its associated with Neptune or something like that, although tbh im not too familiar with astrology. In terms of chakras it can be useful for all of them really, but is particularly good as a focus for the ajna chakra.
For vampirized energy id figure something like bloodstone, or obsidian, maybe pumice would probably be better, but i have yet to test on those gems yet. Ruby works pretty well though, as well as spinel. I have yet to conduct tests focused on comparing them though, this is just stuff ive noticed when doing other things.
It would be better to use different stones for different stuff, at least in my experience. For instance, you could use it to purify and then store energy taken from others, or if you enchant it just to purify or just to store that would work too, but know your purpose when you empower it. Probably if you want to use it for multiple things the best route would be to just align it with whatever energy it is being used with so that it conducts energy better, which will make pretty much everything else you use it for more efficient.

Thanks for the info, elaborates more on a lot of my questions. how would you go about charging a crystal for a specific purpose?
