so today i was performing crystal healing on all 7 chakras, specifically the heart. is it normal for past issues to arise and come to attention when working with the heart chakra, especially situations youre emotional and sensitive about?

Yes, one of the things i have found out the hard way, is if you have any obstacles stopping you from moving forward, working with the Anahata chakra all of it will come to the surface so you can deal with it, and that can feel like hell, but you will be better for it. so yeah i think it worked,

And yes I did took action, it literally forced me to. also just 20 mins ago I was thing why the thought was bothering me but decided not to think about it and let it unfold itself and bam than I saw this thread and now everything is clear.

Oh yeah, it happens. I made the mistake of gently stimulating my girlfriend’s heart chakra once and it brought an avalanche of emotional issues up that she had to work through. In the end, she needed to confront them, but I didn’t realize they were as severe as they were.
And when I feel my own emotional issues, I often find myself having to release them in my heart and chest area.

Nothing weird about it, Ring. That happens. Release the energy of that past memory and you’ll find that memory doesn’t carry any pain or “baggage” with it anymore.
Use whatever feels like “releasing” feels like to you. I often find myself breathing deeply and allowing myself to feel more “open” helps me release the emotional issues.

Crystals?
Personally I think crystals are bullshit. I hear that volcanoes produce these things. If you’re putting something on your body that is from the earth, deep down, then yeah, ok, it’s gonna remind you of the earth and is gonna ground you. Fine.
As for the “chakras”, well yeah, chi is in everything everywhere and the body distributes chi naturally maaaaaaan from “chakra” to “chakra”. They just exist as does the chi as do feelings and emotions. Every single emotion (e-motion) motions into the muscles. Just one fuckin problem, the ego fears a lot of these emotions getting expressed so we UN-CONSCIOUSLY tense these muscles up. We are all like Dutch dykes constantly holding off emotions i.e. chi. The chi is IN the emotions. Your mom and dad sure made a mess eh? Hahaha, no matter, look around you.
So there ya go, we’re all walking around with unconscious tense muscles y’know like noble medieval knights wearing metal armour.
What do you think that this “armour” is? It’s a series of defence mechanisms…

ANY genuine “chakra” clear-out is therefore gonna make you feel fucked up temporarily isn’t it? It’s got fuck all to do with “the heart chakra”, it’s EVERY chakra and everyone has their own way of blocking their chi.
I’m, not sure about crystals but yeah there are real ways to clear your “chakras” out and revive chi distribution in your bio-system…

Zenifon is your opinions on crystals from personal experience with them or just an arbitrary bias?
Crystals are tools just like every other thing magicians can use. And not everyone with get the same reaction or results with them.

From what I remember the soul is in the heart chakra. When you do a soul retrieval you put the soul pieces back by blowing them in the heart chakra so maybe this is related.
