In a Geomantic House chart, after you rotate it for a third-party question, do you also generate the two Witnesses and Judge from the rotated Nieces as is done with the Shield chart (and sometimes the House chart)? I generally leave them out but that obviously leaves some important information out.
And if you can generate the Witnesses and Judge from a rotated chart, can you also interpret it as a Shield chart? That would give quite a lot of extra information as it would make the Four Triplicities valid.
