Question about spells where a link to target is needed

Some love/lust spells that i want to do require something that u can from target like a link to present it to demons and offer it for example, cutter, signature, hair etc now i really dont want get in trouble trying to get something off them sneaky way. Question is should i still go with it or no? will the spell be weak cause i dont have a link to give to the demon.? Or it dont matter?

Sympathetic magick generally requires a physical link of some sort. However, if you cannot obtain one, you can get away with substituting writing down their full name on a piece of paper. It’s not as strong as an actual physical link though.

So it does effect the spell like having a link means more potent and strong vs just a full name hmm

Yes. Actual physical pieces of a target such as hair, nail clippings or blood have a much more powerful energetic resonance than something like a signature.
