So I’ve made VERY small progress. I can make the candle flame either grow or shrink to a very slight degree. Is there anyone that can offer me some advice?

From what I have read The Demon Ronobe aka Roneve or Ronove is a demon of fire and specialize in pyrokinesis.

So after quickly talking to her, she said I need to connect to the actual element. Regardless of whether I’m Nergal, who bears fire and commands it to rise or fall, I need to actually connect to it because, a way of putting it is, the flame doesn’t give a shit lol. Elemental meditations here I come.

I’d recommend lots and lots of third eye meditation as well as concentration exercises like focusing on on a black dot on a white wall for concentration.

Intense visualization techniques will also be a major help like externalizing the mind as “chi like” energy, master these things and you will be able to do all types of kinesis.

For bonus help practice Qigong/Tai Chi or both
