Can someone explain how to use psalms to invoke an angel? Do they need to be repeated a certain number of times? Do I need to enter in TGS trance? Do I need to vibrate them?

There are several channels on YouTube, such as Aeon Valetin (formerly Pater Amadeus), that has info on how to use the Psalms for magick.
Generally speaking, the Psalms are usually used as a type of incantation when summoning. Yes, you would still need to enter an altered state. In Christian magick, a state of magical consciousness is usually accomplished through fasting, sexual abstinence and purification/prayer.

The Practical Kabbalah translated by Ambelain and a Utah Lódge Shem used as Google searches will yield some interesting results.
And the more you seek, the more you’ll find.
Generally as @DarkestKnight pointed out, the more you abstain from the seven deadly sins and purify and consecrate your temple and inner courtyard, that is, yourself and your dwelling, the more angels and others will find you interesting.
Prayers and chants, generally at least calling out three times the angels name and three times the Shem angels psalms verse, will get the angels full attention.
A bit of research on the Shem angels astrological sign will yield a curious thing, the direction attributed to that sign.
