Just wanted to put it out there for all to see (or read as the case may be) that I had recently ordered some items from the BALG site and had experienced some issues as far as not receiving them. Well I must say that I was very impressed (and shocked) when I received a call from E.A. Koetting stating that they had been experiencing some difficulties as of late fulfilling some orders and that he personally took it upon himself to resolve the issue. He made no excuses for what had happened, he apologized for the inconvinece and solved the issue to my satisfaction!! Thank you again and know that my continued support of the BALG movement has been solidified!
