I get to the point when meditating and breathing that once I connect the bridge(throat) to my upper and lower chakras and completely relax myself I start vibing out so much with this ecstacy like feeling that I hurt my brain. Any techniques to prevent this overstimulation? I wanna vibe out for minutes on end but if I do that I feel like my brain will start hurting. It feels really damn good and I wanna just vibe out for like a half hour straight or more but dont know how. Like if I just breathe in normally I have no issues but when I build up this ecstacy like feeling I easily over do it.

It’s your adrenaline if you are too excited it causes a flood of adrenaline to your brain which can cause dizziness, ringing of ears, dulls hearing and causes headaches.
When you get to that point, back off a little, take a break and return. This is something you’ll get used to over time and it will pass.
Is it all the time everytime or just some of the time?

It only happens when I try a little harder on relaxing e tire body, centering chakras, feeling the spine, etc. It effects only my right side of the brain. If I do overstimulate my brain it takes a few days before the burn or whatever goes away. Lately it’s been lingering more frequently even if I just chill, relax, and just breathe normally.
