Meaning:
Ra = sun energy
Ma = moon energy
Da = earth energy
Sa = infinity, universal energy

Say = the personal embodiment of Sa
So = the personal sense of merger with Sa
Hung = the Infinite, vibrating and real
This mantra literally means: “I am Thou." It can also mean, "the service of God is within me.“
Is a powerful indian mantra used while in the Lotus position, not to be done lying down as the energy needs to go straight up ones spine.
For best results I find singing or vibrating the words like ones does with god names in the LBRP, enjoy.
