lol what a way to end that thread :laughing: an astral staring contest lol!

i use a tehcnique called “shadow breathing” to get into trance, and it puts my brain out of sync with my actual breathing cuz as i inhale i imagine myself exhaling, and vice versa

ugh crap damnit… i hope i wasnt ignoring somebody… i always feel spirit playing with my hands as I drift off to sleep. I always assumed it was one female spirit in particular who’s a guest/resident in my home, one who i try to interact with daily… but i guess it couldve been another too? :thinking:

Can someone read me? My “white witch” housemate is being an utter bitch, out of control with her emotions, and is planning to lob a curse my way. Any way to see what she is planning, and either trap the curse or boomerang it?
I’ve tried grounding and warding, bilut not terribly well at it.

I just did it for you. I also wiped away some minor nasty that was trying to latch to you (astral parasite/buildup of negative shit, minor stuff really), and I made a shield that should last a week or so as well as a thing to deal with anything that might penetrate the shield.

It’ll last a week or two.

I sense a very strong sense that you’re in control.
I saw some duck, snake, or kek type figure before the wicked witch came out screaming. Will scan again shortly.
All else I can pick up is a yellow-white aura surrounded by darkness.
