Mudras are super powerful way to make change to your body. DO it for few minutes and you can see the results within 1-2 weeks time. I have used many mudras so far and I have seen the results within one and two weeks time. I have not tried anything in the given book. But it sure will be helpful. But you gotta do your research on whats right for your scenario and the time required. Time should not be more that 45 minutes.

Person suffering from the ailment should do it. IN THIS CASE YOUR FATHER.
You can do it too, if you have any issues.
Do your research before doing anything.
