Is it OK to summon a powerful being like Lucifer or Belial in my room while someone is sleeping in the next room?

Yes, but be mindful that evocation can possibly cause some phenomena. In his book Evoking Eternity, for example, EA Koetting talks about doing an evocation in his room while he was staying at someone’s house and the person complained the next day about been kept awake by knocking and pounding on the walls, even though EA himself had heard nothing. It’s for this reason that he often recommends practicing evocation away from other people, though that is not an option for most people.

No, it shouldn’t affect anyone’s health if you properly ward your working area or cast a circle. The energies should remain in your room.
