I cheated last night. Ate scalloped potatoes (in my defense the kitchen staff did not view my instructions and fixed a normal plate).
I should have gone with a fruit plate and chef salad but couldn’t eat the spam that was served.
I instead eventually settled on two hamburgers. And ate them I did.
This morning had my scrambled egg with shredded cheese and bacon, and cheated by eating the slice of French toast (again the kitchen staff ignored my instructions).
So fine, day one again it is. Or I not only go back to day one but eat only the fruit cup, the egg and bacon or sausage and not eat anything with carbs or sugars.
Saturn. The planet that drives many to despair, the last planet before the abyss over the seven headed dragon. The planet termed Understanding. A sphere of silence. The planet of aging, health structure and teaching.
YHVH Elohim. YHVH Adonai. Cassiel or Tzaphqiel. Choir of Aralim. Binah. Understanding.
So in a playland of illness and aging, what shall occur when it is invoked?
A Golden Dawn teacher popped up and instructed me to (after healing me through the power of Isis) use strictly invoking LRP, or the Supreme Ritual of the Pentagram. Which makes me wonder what occurs when I use both today.
Nuns on the run …. New Jersey Nuns fled an old folks home due to technology .. excessive use of television and radio. The reason being they devote their lives to periods of silence for prayer and prayer through singing. I saw something about chip technology to be mandatory soon in the United States.
I just completed the Lesser Invoking Ritual of the Pentagram. Along with adorations.
Performance was good. Middle Bed is not a religious person, so there is little pressure there.
I need to memorize the Opening by Watchtower, Supreme Ritual of the Pentagram, and Saturn Invoking Greater Ritual of the Hexagram. The sooner the better.
Yesterday was interesting. There is yet life in some people and if not for dementia .. quite possibly the only enemy to us all .. some might actually heal and thrive. Some are here for purposes of care and shelter because family have dropped them off here. It is quite sad. Yet in some with life in them, they refuse to quit and travel down the path of death. Refusing to go gentle in that good night. At peace with being here without visitors. Some socialize. I’m one of the younger crew here, not even retirement age. I received a Poinsettia plant today. An early Christmas present from my folks. I guess these were the influences of Saturn that I learned today. Also a challenge ..name I at peace with and strong enough to not have visiting family … That is a point for me to ponder.
I live with a spiritual person and a religious person.
Joy, a lady who ministers to people, was concerned about The Mystical Qabalah and a book on Israel Regardie and the Philosophers Stone. She was not interested 8n hearing about them.
My folks are deeply religious and against my occult involvement.
My siblings family are not religious.
I see the macrocosm and microcosm and the spiritual vs the religious.
Sol in Sagittarius (2nd decan?). Luna in (1st decan) Leo.
Slept about three hours and then awoke.

Also O.A.A. (Koetting), and NAOS.
Today is Monday, which pertains to the Moon (Luna) and the sphere of Yesod.
In the spirit of Yesod, “Foundation" and the associated Bible verse, were on my mind heavily today.
Luna, Levanah, The Moon, also get associated with the 9s, II and XVIII from the standard Tarot.
Without a proper foundation, a house cannot stand. The foundation is quite important. So it is with what we do or study, without a foundation, our career or work will collapse, implode, fall apart.
Quite a martial day while trying to get my medical insurance restored. At least now I have my family involved, and will do what I can first thing before breakfast.
Tomorrow is Wednesday, day of Mercury. A good day for magic and communication. I have a shower day and a therapy day.

The point: besides this ritual that focuses on the daily planet and the Hexagram ritual for that planet for the day of the week that owns that planet, all experiences, changes, thought trains, events and synchronicity are recorded here.
I have been at Physical therapy and Occupational therapy, just got back to my room. It lasted over an hour. Did some walking, but not as much as I could or should have.
Yet, I did my best after not having therapy since Friday or Saturday. Sunday my ankles and legs were too sore. So Sunday was a no go for therapy.
I was on the phone earlier trying to handle the mess of getting my health insurance reinstated as it had expired on the first.
Social Services here at Pelican Ridge are trying to help, even if I need to be discharged and in the care of an Assisted Living nursing home.
No esoteric work requiring voice and movement has been done.
Today was a flurry of activity and one middle roommate in his bed most of the day.
So I will try using the Middle Pillar and the Body in Assiah exercises per Christopher’s book Zelator Formula, even though the Pentagram exercises were not completed.
Today was a mild success even though the process of PotD was not done or even initiated. Today was a day of residual Mars energy put toward the process of communication toward a problem, which appears to have been successful.
Tomorrow is a day for Jupiter activity. I will spend a portion of time this evening to prepare for it, even of I have to make a spectacle of myself. After all, I am a schizophrenic. And a spiritual person.

Yeah, this will work nicely. This is a very nice use of the available Jupiter pentacles. Especially when others have trashed your name and future, or have caused you to lose all you had. Then Saturn or Tuesday will prodúce options.
Better financial conditions. A visit from a close relative tonight, and tomorrow one or more close relatives visiting me. Recent presents and clothing bestowed on me. Which reminds me, should seek out esoteric information on the common Poinsettia plant.
However, a family member visited me, went out and grabbed a cheeseburger for me, and we had a very long and light hearted talk. He was out at the hospital across the street. We took a slight walk almost off property, and my anxiety rose a bit so we turned around and had lunch in my room. I noticed the beauty of the near environment, the green plant kingdom. I gave one of my two plants to a CNA. I noticed a few attractive women in the neighborhood. I went to the activities room with my roommate, though we didn’t sit together, bit thinking he was getting discharged today, I said a very nice good-bye. Walked 500 feet today in a walker, sat a couple times, possible 200 or 300 feet walked before having to sit.
