Pictures of Altars

Here is my latest altar:

Astarte sent a white dove at my door to let me know that She wants to work with me.

Beautiful, but that’s a pigeon, isn’t it?

Don’t know for sure, but doves generally have a more exuberant and fanned out tail than pigeons, just like the one in the pictures. However they share many similarities. Anyway, that birdie had no reason to be there at 7am waiting for me. :joy:

My ever-changing altars:

And yes, that is a sardines tin used as an incense holder. The setup is general purpose, but I’ve been using it for jinn magick. (I know, I’m being careful.) The candles, mirror, glass, picture frame, knife, and sardines tin are from a dollar store! The Nag Champa incense is from a corner store, and it’s actually pretty good! Attached to the mirror are Lucifer’s sigil and the Seal of the Sorcerer.

Azazel’s seal of the second gate on one of the candles:

“This second gate is to be placed upon any object in order to connect it to Azazel’s legions, as a type of consecration of that object. Demonic legions and spiritual darkness will then surround the consecrated object and will flow through it.” – The Book of Azazel

I’m using it as a “beacon” to draw Azazel’s legions to the altar.

Another simple altar for a small budget.

This is the altar on which all my apotheosis and deification of other people goes down… daemonolatry and the assumption of daemonic godform.

I keep my tarot cards and notebooks in the closed drawer. The open drawer is being used as neutral altar. I placed Cimeries’ offerings in it.

Do the spirits who’s altars you’ve taken photos of approve of you posting them here?

I would show you my altar, but I don’t want to offend Lilith. I created it not for likes from other people but for her specifically. It is quite opulent. I intend to make it even more so by the addition of fine silver instruments and vessels. Silver *AG, being in line with Lilith’s lunar energies. I also prefer utilizing expensive incense such as royal green hojari and dragons blood from socotra.

Suffice to say, I don’t fuck around.

In my experience, the spirits don’t seem to care if I take pictures of my altars or not. (I am the one who originally started this thread, years ago.) In fact, I think that they actually appreciate it! It gives an opportunity for their influence to spread to others. That is, the pictures serve as a portal. An altar within themselves.

Magick works outside and within the confines of time and space. A photo of the altar from that moment in time has the same power as if you were there in person. This is the same reason that photos of deceased loved ones are used in altars. It’s like they’re still here. And don’t get me started about the use of sigils and art based on the images of various entities. Photos of people used in sympathetic magick (like vodoun) are the same as being there with the person.

That’s a cool bit of information, thanks!

A constant reminder of the magickal work from a couple years back… this is the result of the stone altar and the burnt offerings i made on wood a few years ago. Can anyone identify an auric field or a vibration? Whats your read
