Do you guys think that Phul has the ability to open someone’s 3rd eye as a moon spirit?

Excellent question, maybe there are some good answers to this. Normally Phul is called a lot in glamour magic

In Konstantino’s book summoning spirits he wrote about Phul
“When she appears to you, be sure to also ask her for the method of true astral projection ,as this practice will open several magical possibilities to you in the future ,including a form of time travel.”
I was thinking if this is possible too for Phul to open the 3rd eye or improve it.
