I am feeling a pain in my throat for a couple of months now after some petitions I did to some spirits. At first I thought that I just caught a cold or something, but quickly I figured out that the pain faded away whenever I tried energy work exercises from the forum. However the pain rarely fully goes away and when it does it comes back some days later. The pain is not very strong or unbearable but it’s there and it is irritating. Any advice?
Get it checked out by a doc then go from there

Yeah that’s what I thought as well at first but it is not medical. Energy work calms the pain and I have no other physical sign, no swelling or anything. I even asked my parents who are nurses and came to the conclusion that is stress related or something.

Could be a blockage there. Check it out from that angle.

that can harm the chakras in many ways,it can over-flow the energy and build the stress energy or clear the energy from the fast moving energy.

I did have a lot of stress when the pain started but these days i am quite good mentally and psychologically and I am still feeling the pain
