She’s actually the orisha of the cemetery gates. Yegua/Yewa/Llegua is death. And there’s another orisha who governs the tombstones and the dead buried beneath them, but I’d have to ask my higher-ups for her name, as its been years since I’ve worked with her.
It’s weird, but take that as you will. If you’re trying to accomplish something, I suggest you petition them both. Two birds with one stone, and all that.
Edit: Just remembered, the third orisha is Oba, the orisha of marriage. She’s in charge of the tombstones.
