Is it possible for Chakras to open on its own and for Kundalini to rise on its own?
Is it possible for this to occur during a Spiritual Awakening?

I’ve heard that Kundalini can cause madness, so this worries me.
I had several signs all while going through this progress and decided to do research and each ailment seems to be linked to a Chakra. Regardless I feel positive about this.

It does make you feel like you’re completely losing your mind. In some cases, including mine, it can be a painful sensation. But it can all be eased through energy work.

Chakras are always open. What people call ‘opening’ is really just becoming aware of the flow that constantly rushes through you.
As far as Kundalini, energy is energy, any energy-building exercise will make your ‘kundalini’ raise. The main issue is how you internalize that raised energy. The ‘kundalini’ path sort-of automatically internalizes the energies through the exercises that they teach, but you can take the methods and apply them to any energy-building exercise.
