I eat almost everything,except fish and some types of meat.The pain is chronic,mostly to the touch,the pain is never at one point.@telgega

You may have to try an elimiation diet. I had to do that. I am on carnivore now

Spot on, for quite some time I feel sort of weakness in both legs especially the thigh area feels weak, I have no idea why, any thoughts about it?
Actually from shoulders to lower back area feels like jammed, despite I walk daily but didn’t help!
Again any healing incantations will be suitable with any exercise will work?
I don’t want to go to the Doctor for that.
