between the thigh and hips bones, could be the alignments, they connect muscle to bone. and below the rib cage. on the sides to the front. under the shoulders…feels inflamed, take ginger or cumin capsules

Thank you for your input. I’m supposing that you notice both cause and effect as I was only aware of the thing under my shoulder blade. I took a tea spoon of ginger powder and mixed it with as little water as I could and downded it in one shot. It sure was disgusting but after a few hours I noticed that my thing under my shoulder had disappeared. I will do it a few more times in case.
