Does any one have a recomendation of perform Obsession Spell (For someone else)
I’ve been searching inside this forum and the closest I can get is sort of Love spell but not that Obsession Spell I am looking for, thank you

You probably didnt look hard enough because there is lots of material about obsession spells, including spirits and grimoires that you can use. What “kind” of obession spell are you looking for?

To bring one people (he) into submission (obsession) of other people (she), it is just like that.
Submission ≠ obession , those are two different things
You might want to look up rituals that can make your targets more obedient and get them to “do as you like”, a domination spell, if you will
Does anyone know of a spell or ritual for inducing obsession that doesn’t require a lot of different ingredients or any biological material from the target?
I’ve done quite a bit of research myself, but I haven’t been able to find much besides the Intranquil Spirit ritual. Even then, the reported success rate seems to be very low, and my own attempts haven’t produced any results either.
I’d really appreciate any suggestions or personal experiences you could share.

EA had a good candle gaze method for manifestation. I assume you could use that technique to also make someone fall head over heels for you.
