I began practicing sexual alchemy/sex with spirits. Unfortunately I had become obsessed with the creation that I had birthed. I could not think clearly for weeks and it began to affect my mind and my work at school. Fortunately, I discovered a spirit with the help of my good friend TWF and I evoked it, reached the state of rapture and thus I have not had single thought of the egregore that I had created.
The spirit was Forneus, a spirit of chaos and discord. Now I have to mention here that Forneus helped make me disgusted, or at least apathetic towards the false creation that I had allowed to run wild in my life. I would highly recommend him as a means to make one lose obsession over someone or something.
