Afaik there is no verified existing tradition that has centuries behind it. so you’re likely to get is some neopagan stuff that may well have been created (albeit, maybe channeled) in your lifetime.
Nothing wrong with that so long as you remember that the student should always strive to exceed the teacher. I’ll PM you my core shamanism tut that may assist you in forging your own path, it’s just a technique and comes without human philosophies and hustles attached.
