I need some test subjects for some meditations I’m working on. I have a lot of them so pick one you really like or are interested in and Stick with it for at least 1 month and report your progress as you see fit.
This are focusing on the Sun as a spiritual aspect.
The Sun Represents many things. Glory. Splendor. Life. Beauty. Spiritual ability. Divinity. Authority. Protection. Etc
What I want you to do is Do this on 1 of three way or all the about in one sitting
Imagine the Sun in splendor (Sun with a Face) within your body. In the Solar Plexus.
See it with a face. It’s rays shining brightly within you. As you Breath in, it shine brighter as you exhale it’s rays shine through your body to your Aura.
Take ANY aspect of the Sun and focus on that.
Research the Aspect you want to try. EX. Sun in Splendor can cover a wide range of meaning
If you desire to be confident. Imagine the Sun glowing and filling you with confidence.
If you desire healing. Imagine the Sun glowing with Life and renewal. Through the Body or to a Specific area.
If you Desire Beauty. Imagine the Sun’s ray making you more beautiful
If you Desire Protection. Imagine the Sun’s rays banishing all darkness from you. Blinding your Enemies etc
if you desire Knowledge or Enlightenment. Imagine the Suns rays banishing the Shadows within you or lighting your way
If you Desire wealth Imagine the Sun’s rays turning everything around you into gold.
