Need Help Deducing Lottery Numbers

Is there an entity or method to guess lottery numbers? I understand that due to the chaotic and random way that the lottery exists that there is no guaranteed way to pick winning numbers.

Still is there a way to at least get some of the numbers in advance? I try through lucid dreaming with no avail.
