I wouldn’t travail with the Ajna-Chakra first.
Try to activate your Kundalini.
If opened the third eye could be working all
the time what could be unnerving. At least it’s not as autonomous as the Kundalini.
The Kundalini instead awakened
is mentally pullable back to “switch” the sight “off”. I awakened my Serpent with hyperventilation. Through the Kundalini you normally learn to astralproject.
But you can get into trance state through
Thought Silence Meditations, too.
It’s a question of training with meditation.
Be patient.

yes but sombody told me to focus on the place or people we want to see in our thoughts… but it didnt really work…

That is a technique used if you’re even astral.
Then you teleport to the desired target if able.
Approach the Theta-Gamma-Sync first.

but recognize firstly, it can be required to stay in thought silence for maybe 20-30 minutes.
And you could give binaural beats/’‘hemisny’’
