The author of “Miracle Mastery” claims to have teleported, but only once because it was so incredibly painful all he could do was sit for about an hour afterward, almost paralyzed. There’s no spell involved, as that book deals entirely with psionics and your own innate energy. It probably takes a long, long time to really learn, though.

To physically teleport you need to really be well versed and well practiced in many aptitudes of magick and energy work.
This could equate to a form of alchemy but even with the physical aspecli of alchemy (like changing base metals to gold) take a life time to learn and another life time to master.
Teleportation via your physical bodyis very possible but is actually more impossible to do for the simple fact that there are maybe 5 or so people in the entire world that might have done it and even they wouldn’t tell you how to do it.
Basically, no, you can’t physically teleport. I can’t and i am sure no one on BALG can.
Ask some spirits to help you move away from the place you are at. Don’t expect instant results either.
