I am a major fan of your work. It’s very intellectual and well composed. My patron current is the Lovecraftian/Necronomicon Current. It’s a subject that I’ve felt the call to specialize in, while also being somewhat ecletic, however, I’m currently focusing purely on the current. I have a few questions about one of the rituals in the book.
The Summoning of the Four Wind Daemons states that the practitioner should use a pyramid of red Jasper to bind the four daemons to the temple, so it may act as a permanent pylon, so that they may protect the area and empower future rituals. Is it possible to bind them to any other object? Would it be as effective? What are your thoughts on binding them to jewelry, as a mobile form of protection? Do you recommend any preliminary work before performing the summoning, that is, that would strengthen the binding and the power of the spirits themselves?

My thoughts were to use this as the Nexus for their power, energy and protection.
The pyramid of red jasper is a formula that I received through my own work and I’ve done that with good effects, but I haven’t worked with other crystals or stones for that. Possibly it could be replaced, as many crystals can store energy and act as binding points for magical currents, but you need to experiment with this on your own. Obsidian works well for these currents as well, so maybe this could be an idea, and it’s also easy to obtain. Jewelry can work, too, possibly also involving a crystal. If you want to use some preliminary work, perhaps an invocation to the Great Old Ones, or you can summon Nyarlathotep as a mediator – also, he’ll most likely tell you if you need more power or not, or you’ll receive some kind of a sign. Interactions with him are usually quite direct and can teach you a lot.

I know this is a very old post but what is the best way to ask the Winds of the four directions to depart? I have the invocation of the four winds but no real departure suggestions.
