I was just wondering is there a connection between necromancy and wealth. Are demons of necromancy good at money magic?

Only so much as there is a connection between wealth and the underworld. Remember, precious metals and gems, which used to be the barometer of wealth in ancient times, are all taken from the earth and thus underworld spirits could help you to obtain them. In the old school grimoires, for example, the dead are often tasked with guarding and/or helping to find, buried treasure.
However, in this day and age, most wealth is now digital and composed of 1s and 0s. It belongs more to the element of Air than Earth. We have long since moved past the so-called gold standard, when the value of currency was measured by the amount of gold it could be exchanged for.

I’m glad to see someone bring this up because when it comes to “bringing money”, demons of a necromantic nature always seem to bring the fastest results, aside from Mercury spirits. I think it’s because of the nature of dead energy. They reside a lot closer to the physical and mental plane (liminal) than even many demons. They influence people’s thoughts at large on a more surface level. (Quicker to manifest)
Purson, Bune, Bael, Marbas, Beelzebub, Samael, Santa Muerte, the Barons, etc. All are notorious for making things happen quickly. And several are also known to “discover treasures”, another famously necromantic power. (anything of value you’re searching for)

I agree with valesus. My best results so far have been with goetic demons of necromancy

My best guess is that Death symbolizes and brings forth transformation and full manifestation.
