Can a spell be cast on a target if their name isn’t known. I know their username, date of birth, I have pictures, just not the name.
As far as I know, all you need is an “energetic image”.
An energetic image is, for example, the vibe you get when you interact with this person

While names are great and super fun and help with binding, curses, love, and all kinds of other stuff. You usually don’t need one.

Yes you can cast a spell. You don’t necessarily need any of these things, but it is helpful to have these kinds of links. Might be different for others, but I personally find a picture to be one of the best connections if a physical one can’t be used (hair, nails, items formerly belonging to them, etc).
