Mystery Incantation

A friend of mine has had a repeated vision where they were chained down to an altar with a skeletal, humanoid figure above them chanting a strange incantation that neither of us can identify. The incantation was, “Lokar to shanika”, where “to” is pronounced as “toe”.

Do any of you have any idea, either from background knowledge or scanning of the incantation, of what it might be for?

These random visions without any background knowledge of the person is hard to tell. Something is locked and located inside your friend (shanika). Is it a female?
For more I think your friend should meditate on the vision.
