Well my name is Jhoseph, I’m Spanish speaking.
And well I am in this forum, because for years I am always interested in the hidden aspects of the mind, as well as issues of evocation, lucid dreams.
Currently I am looking to use the black mirror, and learn to use mediumship.
So I am practicing yoga nidra for deep relaxation, mantra yoga for concentration and trakatam yoga.
