Hello, I had a weird dream about 2-3 months ago.
In that dream, I had seen a creature with a head of a raven, and a body of a human.
In my dream, the creature followed me everywhere I went, and tried to kill me.
As I am new to magick, I asked a friend of mine on what it could be about.
He told me that there was a god named “Amon/Aamon” which may have tried to communicate with me, but I don’t know how I could respond/communicate back.
Was it just a coincidence or is he really trying to communicate with me?

I wouldn’t know without divining on the matter. I suggest you evoke or invoke Amon and ask him.
I’m thinking of doing that.
But first I’ll have to learn more about magick.

Sounds like a good plan. There is no haring rush, I wouldn’t imagine. The gods are ancient, I’m sure they’ll happily wait a few weeks for you to improve.

What were the circumstances of the dream, if you recall? Could you discern why the being was chasing you? Did you experience any physical maladies or worldly troubles anywhere from two weeks before to a month or so after?
The answers to those questions can help clarify the reason the being was attacking you. It could’ve been the vehicle of a curse, you wandered into its territory, or it was a “random” encounter.
Either way it doesn’t seem like Amon. Could be though.

Hm, before Amon or which entity ever it was, was chasing me, we were walking through a town near me without talking or anything, we saw “it” standing on a hill so we ran away, jumped over a fence into a field with just one tree. We climbed up the tree to be safe. Then a friend picked up a log and he tried to hit “it” with the log, without success. Then we ran away, jumped over a fence again and “it” was gone. Maybe this was just a random dream. A few weeks before I dreamed this, my mother tried to commit suicide, which luckily didnt work. Depressions began inside me, and I was about to commit suicide. And a few weeks after this dream, I met my love, which may A(a)mon could have procured to me. After finding my love, the depressions started to fade away. (Wikipedia:“He is also an entity many looked to reconcile friends and foes, and procure love for those seeking it.”)
Extra note: I didnt know of Amon before I dreamed this.
Do you recall the style of the town? Was it daytime or nighttime?
And your friend in the dream tried to hit this creature? Was this before or after it started chasing you?
I, for one, know better than to believe in chance. To me, it sounds like you might’ve happened upon a spirit in your dreams and interacted with it in a less-than-optimal manner.
It is a small town, daytime, I also remember that there was a house which had been locked up because of gas leaking.
My friend tried to hit the creature while it was trying to climb up the tree we were on.
Will the possible spirit may try to influence my life in a less good way? And am I be able to apologize for my less optimal manner? Thanks for your response.
Did it immediately attempt to chase you, when you saw it? Did it make any sounds, have a smell, etc.?
As for if it influenced you, well, you mentioned a few weeks after the dream you met your love. So, here’s the possibilities I think hold the most weight:

Someone sent you Amon, and his attempt at contact was met with fear.

You wandered into its territory and left, so it didn’t pursue an attack.

This being was responsible for your mother’s suicide attempt, and tried to use you to either force her to commit suicide, or to get the resources created by such an event. Possible that it was a parasite, curse, or both. If you and your mother have since recovered, I’d say your friend hitting it was actually your fight with it, which ended swiftly.

Yes, it immediately tried to chase me when I saw it. But it didn’t make any sounds, nor did it have a smell.
That could also be the possible reasons for the encounter. Thanks for helping me.
Should I try to contact and communicate with him?
That you climbed up a single tree makes me think of the shaman’s World Tree, so I’m going to PM you a tutorial to learn this method, it will lay great foundations for all other forms of magick and is as close to “safe” as any method gets.

Hey Hey I know it’s been a while since this was out but are you still on here? I’ve had some recent encounters with whom i believe to also be Amon and would like to see if you’ve figured anything out because mine is recurring and was for a week straight. And a lot of weird stuff has happened. I just need to talk to someone about it.
