Wonder what music people listen too to meditate

It depends on which spirit or energy I’m trying to connect to but for general purposes I like this

I listen to water sounds. Or specific music for a spirit from the YouTube channel pavleisdead.

I meditate to no music at all.
but when I want to add beats I play blackened melodic death metal. Soft rhythmic drumming never worked for me. When I play a track, my energy flows through blurred spatial lines but still I can tell the difference whether it’s the solo that is pulling me up-down-wherever, or the percussions. Vocals and screams play a knife edge cutting shifts, and when in deep states I no longer recognize no lyrics, or they seem to be saying total different vowels and strange discourses take place.

Mostly specific meditation music for whom I’m working with , also biaural beats or natural sounds such as wood crackling in a fire or sound of water flowing
