Yes and no. What it talks about is legit but the means presented are not complete and only point in a direction. There are underlying principles and fundamentals that need to be understood and mastered.

so you mean you need to master certain things before moving on to use the book
If you already mastered certain things then you don’t need this book except maybe as a case of getting you to think about using those things for that end goal.
i just want to use it to physically shapeshift
The principles that allow for that allow for much more than just changing your form. You can change your form then why not change other forms of matter or even abandon physical form altogether except when convenient?
so you mean rather than trying to use it to change my form i could try to research other things and stuff to change other stuff form?
Essentially it is the same technique just applied outside yourself. Why do you want to change form so bad?
oh no it’s not a goal or such the reason is if you saw my intro in the form i study physical shapeshifting i just want to experience it myself besides the author says the book is for those who want to be something more than a human and i want a little excitement
I’ve studied Williams book quite a bit, I do think that the processes he speaks of hold value in terms of physical shifting. Though I do not think that if one did the entire process from cover to cover (it could take several years especially if you use his archaic method of psychic senses development) and spent the over 2 thousand dollars in ritual materials that it would cost perform all three shifter trials that one would attain the ability to change their physical form.
