I recently began reading and practicing meditations in Morphosephram and I read its take on vampires involving an entity called Mobloch.

  1. Are there any other resources that has information about Mobloch?
  2. Will any invocation work to summon and make a pact with Mobloch or do I need to follow the ritual to the letter?

No, Morphosemphram is all made up by William Wraithe so you won’t find any other sources for the stuff in his books. If you Google “Mobloch” all you will get is information on Moloch instead.

The author claims the information in the book was culled from the Akashic Records so it 's basically just UPG or Unverified Personal Gnosis without any external verification.

I would assume you need to follow the specific ritual in the book. Generally, substitutions aren’t recommended until you at least have some experience with how the ritual is originally set up.
