Hello, where can i learn to create and use mental wards? Are there any books on this topic or can someone explain it to me?
It’s pretty much like shielding your energy body but the focus is on your mind and keeping out who or whatever you’re aiming to keep out.

Can i apply this shielding on the whole house and will it be effective?
Yes it can be applied to an area and effectiveness it really dependent on you, but even then wards can be altered and updated if the first one is not to your liking.
