Which 5 elements are you talking about?
The Persian 5 elements in the Western Tradition, ie Fire, Water, Earth, Air, and Ether/Spirit?
Or are you talking about the Chinese Taoist 5 elements ie Earth, Wood, Water, Fire, and Metal?

It’s kind of a synchronicity that you made this thread. I was recently discussing with @anon84423462 that I should add some elemental work to my current magical intensive.
The Persian elements figure quite heavily in the Western Ceremonial Tradition, particularly the practice of Hermetics, but they really show up everywhere.
