Manifest the energy or presence of Algol?

Did not know which catergory this question belongs, also I searched around but could not find it, I think I did not used proper search terms?

This is a very basic question, but I really like to know how to do it. Could somebody tell me how I can:

  1. Open a portal to Algol.
    Or
  2. Fill the room with the presence or energy of algol.
    Or
  3. Call Algol through the following method

You can use any method you find for opening portals that works for you. Then just modify it to Algol instead of the original working.
