Are there no male demons of vampirism?
The modern concept of vampires is purely the creation of popular culture and media so you are unlikely to find any traditional “demons of vampirism,” but if you take a look through ancient mythology, you can find many creatures that were said to drink blood, and thus could be given that role.
You could also work with the egregores from popular culture. Role-playing games are full of various types of demons, including “vampire demons,” not to mention the egregore of Vlad Dracula himself (there was a member of this forum who worked with him so you might be able to find some info via a search)
Lastly, you could look into demons of necromancy, and those associated with the dead.
