I’ve evoked Lucifer the past few days. Though, there is no manifestation or answers he had given me…I’m seeing 66 everywhere as in. What does this meant? Is he trying to tell me that he heard me and willing to work with me?

It’s a sign I guess. You should develop your astral senses further and talk to him then. But that’s a possitive sign he gave you.

I would take that as a sign that a contact was made and he’s willing to work with you, but maybe your astral senses have not been developed enough yet. Now, plan your next step. Meditate on him, evoke him once more, if you can’t hear or see him again, ask Lucifer to manifest through a dream, maybe, and see what happens next. I wish you great success.
