So long story short. I was having trouble with meditation as I wasn’t able to concentrate. Due to this, I asked lucifer for help.To help me become a better meditator. Yesterday, I had a dream. Vaguely remembering, It’s a long bearded your typical wizard in a long robe ( blue I guess) handling me a scroll and asked me to sit down for a moment in an open space and read it.
So, I did it on the terracce of a building. The scroll contained procedure to something called ’ Grounding technique’. I looked it up when I woke up and it seemed as a pretty effective way to meditate. I swear I didn’t even know that this technique existed.
