If i call upon daglus form LAHD and ask him to make someone passionate about me for how much long it effect work on that person. Is that person permanently become passionate for me or after sometime his/her passion for me fade away

I think that like anything, duration of effect will depend upon numerous variables, some will relate to you, some will relate to them and some will be environmental and circumstantial.
Some people are more easily influenced in certain ways than others. Some operators are better at applying certain types of influence than others. Plus events in their life, your life and other general life happenings and influences will play a role too.
I suggest seeing this process a way of facilitating your goal, rather than as the sole mechanism to its achievement.
