Well your personality is yours and it’s individual to you only and by that I mean you/we/they should see it as a rare commodity.
I totally agree with @TheMagi on doing the internal work because if you develop yourself you let your personality shine, if you neglect working on yourself then the personality just wants to hide and that’s not so good.
