Mushroom induced merkabah activation, use a mirror to gaze your aura. Stare at your third eye. Perform merkabah activation, then just stare at your third eye in the mirror. Once it gets intense you may roll your eyes up to sorta look at the third eye, idk why this happens but it seems to be a natural reflex in people once they start feeling the bulge.
